This top-tier offering from Aricha Mill in the Gedeo zone is a shinning example of what a well sorted, clean Ethiopian natural can be. Elegant, refined, but still wild and intensely fruity. In a word, celebratory.
To produce this coffee, the mill purchases fruit from over 1200 local small-share farmers. That fruit is then sorted by hand, with incredible accuracy, to pick only the perfectly ripe cherries. The Natural offering is then sun dried for up to six weeks before being processed for export.
