We wanted to create a blend that was sweet and mellow with very light acid tones as a contrast to our more tart and vibrant lots. This coffee is delicious as filter or espresso- black or with milk and sugar. It is an approachable daily-drinker for newfound coffee lovers, and will satisfy anyone who appreciates a sweet and smooth coffee.
